uha21i4pTen hour show, out door picnic, with part of the proceeds benefiting Newportville Fire Co. Sponsored by Out On The Town: A Dugan Inc. Production Sound by: Ashsound Productions NEWPORTVILLE FIRE CO. REGULATIONS:;;NO CLUBS: NO COLORS: PARKING AT OWN RISK IN BACK LOT Don’t make any plans for Sat July 30th; it's been twelve yrs since the last Teddy Dugan's Summerfest held at the Levittown Moose, well it's back with a new location and a reunion of rock legends... of the tri-state area. The all star line up, so far, featuring, David Uosikkinen (Drummer of the Hooters) with his own band (In The Pocket), with a revolving line up of Tommy Conwell, members of the Hooters, and David has promised a monster lead guitarist. We also have Diamond Dogs, the best David Bowie Tribute band on the eastern seaboard, fronted by the one and only Georgie Rumbol, from the Dead End Kids. Skeleton Crew, a Van Halen Tribute band. Keith and EJ Johnson from the legendary construction will be there. I say legendary because, I know of no other cover band that held down lady's night every Tuesday for 9 consecutive yrs. Those yrs eventually paid off when they had two hits on the radio. Another band that hasn't stopped rocking the club circuit all these yrs, although there's been a lot of additions and subtractions, but either way, it always adds up to the one, the only Seven Band. CJ O' Neil will also be sharing the stage with an all-star line of local musicians that he has played with over the yrs. As we all know it just wouldn't be summerfest without a visit from our men in blue to ask us to turn it down, what better to guarantee that special visit will happen then the hard rock of WarPath. How's this for a blast from the past? Timmy Turner, along with other original members, of Hattrick will be doing a one-time reunion. To keep you dancing between sets there will be two rocking DJ's. You know them, Bob Settelen and Brian Potts . Must be 21 to enter. No coolers, no bottles, . Please car pool to make parking easier. Sorry kids this one is just for the Adults. So parents find a babysitter now and come meet up with old friends. Bring your lawn chairs, umbrellas, and blankets, pick a spot, and have a good time. A donation of $40.00 in advance $45.00 at door helps to benefit red cross and Newportville Fire Co. scenechanger4SCENE CHANGER is the Tri-State area's hottest new act!! They are half cover band, half theatrical performance – ALL energy and talent! Scene Changer will blow you away with their high energy musicianship and intense stage show, featuring professional actor Ed Corsi (formerly of The Loop and Envy), Heide Mclaughlin-Uribe (formerly of The Rockets), Mike Williams (formerly of Envy), Chris Dovi (formerly of The Benderz and Fuzzy Bunny Slippers), Brian Hadley (formerly of Morning Bell and Roadhead) and Brian Walsh (local actor/musician).
Every night is a different experience when you are out with Scene Changer.  At their debut in March at The Eagle Theatre in Hammonton, NJ, they treated the audience to a fully scripted stage show full of dancing, costume changes and crazy energy.  If you see them at a casino, you'll see a similar show.  Out at nightclubs, you'll get their over-the-top energy with choreography and minor costume changes.  No matter when you see them or where, Scene Changer IS different and you'll know it the second you walk in the door.
Audience member Joanne Pirotta (who saw them at their debut show) said, "I've never seen anything like it.  This band is going places.  They are fun, high-energy and sound so great!"  Scene Changer does every genre of music but specializes in power duos like "Paradise by the Dashboard Lights", "Empire State of Mind" and "Proud Mary".  They also mix in sprinkles of current pop culture phenomenons like Glee, Rock of Ages and Green Day's Broadway Hit, American Idiot.  Where else can you go to see 7 professional performers do all of your favorite cover songs along with some rarely heard tunes....and surprises like "Time Warp" from "The Rocky Horror Picture Show", the Glee "Journey" mash-up and a medley from the musical, "Grease", with full staging and dance?
Audience member Ashley Sakoff said with a smile, "when they started with a 7 part harmony A Capella version of 'For the Longest Time' by Billy Joel, I was hooked.  When they did 'Girl you Know it's True' by Milli Vanilli in costume, I was shocked.  We loved it!"
You definitely want to see this unique act right now, as they are starting out!
You can catch them at Whiskey Tango on April 9th, Top Dog on April 23rd and Finnigan's Wake on May 14th.  For more info and dates, check them out on the web at or find them on Facebook. Scene Changer is proudly represented by Shore Bets Management.
